MIRTO III JOSEPH DANE Age 62, of rural Saugatuck, passed away Friday November 13, 2009 at his home under the loving care of his family and Hospice of Holland. The son of Winifred (Lepley) and Joseph D. Mirto II, he was born on June 17, 1947 in Akron, Ohio and grew up in Centerline, Michigan. Joe was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and graduated from Grand Valley University. For seventeen years, he worked for CSX Rail, and more recently at the Holland Aquatic Center in Holland, MI. He was preceded in death by his parents. Surviving are his loving wife of 24 years, Kathy Mirto; two sons, Samuel and Cory; and siblings John (Becky) Mirto, Desiree (William) Paquette, Dennis (Rocio) Mirto, Traci (Kenneth) Adamczyk, and Christina (Nick) Kokenos.
